First rented in 2008, Sarakiz Villa is a beautiful 4-bedroomed villa situated in the quiet rural region of Ciftlik (pronounced Chifflick) not far from the small resort town of Calis and approximately 50km from Dalaman airport. The villa is our own holiday home, and is within a walled group of 4 similar villas, but all completely independent with their own private pool and garden walls.

The villa has been tastefully furnished with good quality practical furniture and has a private outdoor swimming pool. The villa has all the holiday essentials, including pool sun-loungers, BBQ, washing machine, TV with DVD/CD player, secure safe, air conditioning in every room including bedrooms. The beach is within walking distance and has several bars and restaurants. Calis and Fethiye are the two main towns in the locality. Calis is a small picturesque resort town, with long stretch of sand and shingle beach. The main promenade has a wide choice of restaurants catering to every taste, as well as some small souvenir and jewellery shops. At the end of the promenade is a new bar and restaurant with a long balcony - perfect for a cool drink and to watch the local boats sail past the setting sun.

Fethiye is a larger, bustling town with an exciting marina. The town centre is crammed with numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafes where you can purchase anything from Turkish delight to a handmade rug. For more details follow this link.
