Subject to availability, the villa may be rented at any time of the year, and the area genuinely offers an all year round destination. Although the months of December to March are much cooler than the remainder of the year, early Spring can be a great time for keen walkers who may want to sample the lycian way.

Below you will find details of the current availability and prices for the villa. We are always happy to discus shorter or longer stays and can offer discounts for longer duration stays. Please contact us with the details of your requirements.

Booking notes

(*) Mid-season and Low-Season Rates for 2012 / 2013 have been reduced by £100 per week as from 17th September 2012

Discount available for out of season bookings and bookings longer than one week. Rental rates do not include beach and pool towels. We always provide you with a welcome basket within the price. A security deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking, refundable within 4 weeks after the end of your stay.
